Topic: Housing market shows glimmer of uplift
The housing market appears to have thawed slightly in spite of the economic gloom that has settled on the country, according to a survey by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
For the third month in a row in November, more respondents reported a rise in the number of new buyer enquiries than reported a fall. This was the first three-month period of rising net new buyer interest since the spring of last year.
