Topic: B-N housing market shows life in April
The Twin City housing market showed a little strength in April thanks to an uptick in existing home sales, even as new construction continued to lag.
In total, 181 homes were sold last month -- 164 existing, 17 new -- the Bloomington-Normal Association of Realtors reported Monday. That's up 19 percent from March.
