Mentor real estate agent Raymond F. McGuinness thinks the Ohio housing market is in some ways worse than when the 1974-75 recession hit home sales and buyers.
"We manufacture more homes, but do so with so many fewer buyers," said McGuinness, the former Lake County Board of Realtors president who's a current member of what's now the Lake-Geauga Association of Realtors.
