New Zealand house prices fell amid low activity last year, with no sign of any near-term turnaround because of the sluggish economy, property valuer Quotable Value(QV) said on Thursday.
QV's residential house price index fell 0.9 percent in the year to December, after a 0.3 percent increase in the year to November and a 1.1 percent rise in October.
