The Housing Industry Association (HIA) says this month's interest rate rise is likely to reverse the slight increase in new home sales during October.
HIA figures show the number of new homes sold increased by 2.4 per cent last month. That comes after a downwardly revised 1.7 per cent fall in new home sales in September.
