Topic: Scottish housing market remains "subdued"
The Scottish mortgage market continued to be subdued in Q3 despite seeing a 5% increase in house purchase loans, according to the CML.
Figures from the CML showed there were 13,500 house purchase loans advanced in Scotland between July and September, up 5% on Q2 but 1% down on the same period last year.
