Last week the prime minister spelled it out. Speaking at a press conference, Benjamin Netanyahu spoke dramatically about his plan to increase the housing supply through tax cuts and breaks for builders who finish projects quickly.
"We have the power to halt the rising prices," the prime minister orated decisively. "Who knows? Maybe we'll yet see prices fall," he added.
