Topic: Housing market sluggish but Wales is doing best
THE Welsh housing market is outperforming other regions of the UK even though it remains sluggish at the prospect of impending cutbacks in public spending.
The latest Housing Market Survey – the UK’s longest-running monthly survey of house prices – shows Wales is performing better than the UK average across the board for property prices, new sales and the number of new buyers, as well as sales and price expectations.
