Expert expects market turnaround

Ted Zaharko adheres to the theory that the resale housing market will turn around sooner than later.

"Why is the market in the doldrums? Truthfully, I don't really know, but I believe we're at the tail-end of this thing," says the broker-owner of Royal LePage Foothills following the release of the latest house price survey.
