Winnipeg's resale homes market will set a new yearly record for dollar volume of sales after posting its best October on record last month, WinnipegREALTORS said today.
The association, which manages the Multiple Listing Service for the Winnipeg area, said $214.2-million worth of homes were sold last month through the MLS.
