Housing sales in Washington are still lackluster and agents say the market probably won't drastically improve soon.
The Northwest Multiple Listing Service says brokers are reporting year-over-year declines in pending home sales in the state. However, prices on sales that closed in September appear to be stabilizing compared with last year.
