Optimism among landlords and brokers about a heated Manhattan rental market may be starting to fade.
Manhattan’s vacancy rate increased to 1.24% in October, the third consecutive month the vacancy rate has topped 1%, according to a monthly report by real estate brokerage firm Citi Habitats.
