Data Provider Lender Processing Services (LPS) released their Monthly Mortgage Performance Data today, and the numbers were not good. They are actually the polar opposite of good.
As of October, there are more than 4.3 million mortgage loans that are either seriously delinquent (90+ days) or in foreclosure.
