Topic: Buffalo housing market keeps slumping
Home sales plunged for a second straight month in the Buffalo Niagara region, declining 24 percent compared to September of last year.
In all, 717 single-family homes were sold in September, the lowest count for the month in this decade, according to the Buffalo Niagara Association of Realtors.
