SF condos: an endangered species?

You may imagine San Francisco had a healthier condo market in April, 2010 than in April of 2007. But did you know the contrast was this drastic?

This graph, created by The Mark Company, a San Francisco real estate sales, design and research firm, shows that in fact the 2010 condo market in the city is an entirely different animal-- and one nowhere near as robust as its predecessor.
