Topic: Housing Activity Returns to Spring Level
Housing market activity is now about back to the spring 2010 level now that the new home demand is past the pull ahead of sales caused by the homebuyer tax credit. Resumed expansion is expected through 2012 although the recovery will begin very slowly.
