An abysmal year is expected to continue for California's real estate market, with very little improvement in 2011.
California home sales for 2010 are forecast to decline 10 percent to 492,000 compared with 546,500 in 2009, according to the California Association of Realtors. Sales in 2011 are projected to increase 2 percent to 502,000 from the 2010 figure.
