The lettings market remains buoyant across much of the UK, as increased tenant demand and a shortage of properties push rents higher, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) has reported.
However, in its latest Residential Lettings Survey the RICS found that demand has slowed in the West Midlands, due to increased supply.
