Topic: Gloom continues in housing market
Residential property sales are still sluggish with the number of homes sold in August down 2.8% on July.
Figures released today by the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand (REINZ) show there were 4287 home sales last month, compared to 4411 in July and continuing the downward trend from June (4575).
