Maui housing market sees mixed results

Maui saw increases in the number of condominium and single-family homes sold in August when compared to the same month last year, but median prices for both were lower than they were a year ago, according to the Realtors Association of Maui.

There were 67 single-family homes sold in August, up from 53 in August 2009.
