In this time of tumultuous markets, most Boston-area homeowners should be relieved that at least one of their investments is paying off: A new report from Zillow.com shows that house values rose by 3.4 percent in June in the Boston metro market from June 2009, compared with a nationwide decline of 3.2 percent.
