Topic: Housing market 'levelling off'
With the national housing market cooling off, New Brunswick seems to be following the trend.
"I would certainly suggest there's a levelling off," said Jason Stephen, a director with the New Brunswick Real Estate Association and president of the Saint John Real Estate Board.
