The good news: new home sales picked up 23.6% in June. But that’s not so great considering that sales fell 36.7% in May, and on a yearly basis, sales are down 16.7%. And sales are close to 47-year lows, according to The Wall Street Journal… June’s numbers were the second lowest on record.
