What do you think of this tv inside of the wall thing that is so modern?

I really think it is a nice way to save space and keep all the cords and electronics out of the way! What do you think?

Is the tv hanging on the wall or inside the wall? if the tv is inside the wall ya tats a good idea
to save space and also it gives a good look to that room.
