Chances are good that if you're reading this article you're part of the 76 million-strong "Baby Boomer Generation" (born between 1946 and 1964). Now that the first of those Boomers are reaching retirement age, we're going to see housing take a dramatic change in the very near future as these folks start to sell out and move into their next phase of life.
