Before: A Bedroom with Sisters Who Can't Agree
Kelly and Lisa are teenage sisters who don't see eye to eye about anything--least of all the way their bedroom should look (pictured right). They want designer Kenneth Brown to somehow create a design they'll both like while finding a way of organizing and concealing their considerable clutter. To find out what both girls like, he sits them down with a bunch of magazine clippings and fabric swatches and finds that yes, indeed, they both like the color blue, textured fabrics and graphic patterns. Having established a starting point he pulls together a design that's big on color and pattern.
