With trepidation, home sales in Morgan Hill have accelerated in recent months.

The sale price for some homes on the market is still up to 40 percent lower than a year ago, and tighter regulations enacted in response to the housing crisis that some lawmakers saw as a result of loose lending practices have botched some deals.

that is very true, but it did not really affect in the 3rd world countries this bad...in middle east places like Dubai have Lost a huge amount of money in the Real estate. when does the market go back up, like 60 % or more??

I believe that will take years and years. It will be some time until we see such a boom again.

The Dubai market will struggle some years more, I think. It was just plain crazy market there. With most houses being empty all the time.
