Housing market won't improve until jobs come back

There may not be a double-dip recession coming, but a sluggish economy and continuing high unemployment means a double-dip when it comes to housing.

That was the message Wednesday from Sung Won Sohn, economist and professor at CSU Channel Islands, at the Ventura County Housing Conference in Camarillo.
