Topic: Decorating a Bedroom in Shabby-Chic Style

I want to redo my bedroom in a shabby-chic style with a relaxed feel. I have spent a good bit of money on bedding and gauzy curtains in a beige or creme color. I want to paint my walls a light pink. Any other ideas?

I suggest white for your wall and beautiful for your eyes, and for the curtain use light color. Having a shabby-chic style is good, have you try night stands for your bed room?

Hi,

Pink does not complement creme. Choose a soothing green for your walls and pair it up with bamboo flooring and doors to give that chic and relaxed feel. It will also complement your curtains.

Hello,
I would choose mauve, green or even a blue. Shabby Chic has become very popular, and will look very nice in your room.   I would also put a few throw rugs and throw pillows that accent the shabby chic.
