			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>I couldn&#039;t agree more a kid&#039;s room should be made inexpensively.&nbsp; It is better if they are allowed to live in the room and make it theirs, rather than a parent gasping every time the child gets loose with a marker.&nbsp; I have even seen ideas where you let the kid paint and design their own room.</p>]]></content>
